Happy Resolutions

I believe in resolutions.  At least the do-able ones.

I will lose five pounds in January.  I know I can, I've done it at least three times this year, the same five pounds.
I'll write.
And I'll keep this annual resolution, at which I've been spectacularly successful:

To Make New Mistakes Next Year

Feel free to take that one for yourself.

Sigh. Is it that time of year again? The time to make breakable resolutions?

Double sigh.

But, my, you make a gorgeous couple.

Lovely picture. As for the resolutions, I could easily make and break all three - and probably will.

This year I did that 'one word' thing. It was 'focus'....and, I've done ok.
I could easily handle your successful one. :)

Have a Happy New Year.

Maybe I'll just stick with some of my old mistakes this year...I've gotten so good at a few of them...

I'll see your 5 pounds and raise you 2.

(you two do make a lovely couple - you look like the photos that used to come in wallets.....)

I got back into the gym in Nov-Dec but of course the pre-Christmas rush led me to a backslide. Honestly, there is NOT enough time for it all during the holiday season. So my New Year resolution is to get back to the gym. As for mistakes? That's a given, yup.

Happy New Year to you and yours, Kathleen.

Hi Kathleen,
And a Happy New Year with, most of all, good health, to you and your husband.
As to my new year's wishes: I really hope to be able to take up my bicycling again, and in the Hill Country at that, if our plans of relocating materialize. Btw, I hope you did get my answer to your question in my blog as to where in the Hill Country we're planning to live. If not, just let me know and I'll send it to you.
Take care, have a great weekend, and stay warm,
